I would like to thank Flex Fixes team for such a proffecional job they've recently did for me. It was quite complicated to find someone who works with Technogym equipment. I took me me 4 weeks and 5 site visits from other service providers who tried to perform the same job. I almost lost hope, when came across Flex fixes profile. They managed to carefully disassemble and move expensive high tech Technogym treadmills and strength equipment. Team came on time, job was performed in the day time and they were courteous and careful, didn't disturb anyone, worked neatly and maintenance the site. Flex Fixes Technical Services came to my house less than an hour after I called their office. As soon as the technician reached, he checked my treadmill and addressed the issue immediately. He is knowledgeable and well experienced in his job. He is professional and friendly too. He also checked my washing machine and found out that the issue is not the washing machine itself it is the water outlet. He advised me to call the building maintenance for this issue. I purchased a 2nd hand treadmill and it stopped working after 1 week, called Flex Fixes and the guys came out the next day, took the whole thing apart and told me what needed to be replaced, The parts were ordered very quickly and replaced and fixed the next day. Very polite and efficient. **EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE** I've used Flex Fixes services twice now, and I can't recommend them enough. They are polite and professional, and they get everything done really quickly. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended. I had an issue with my tredmill. It was not turning on and they quickly identified the issue. Instead of quoting me the high cost of a full circuit replacement, they expertly change the faulty part. Great Service! We purchased a used Bowflex BXT128, it worked but was making noise and the incline feature was broken. Flex Fixes came on time, dismantled the runner to get it through a narrow door then spent 2 hours doing a full service and its running like new. Highly recommended and will use again. ~ P S
